A wise-man once told me that society was nothing but a thin veneer. I was a child at the time and didn’t really understand what he was telling me. Fast forward many years later and I know exactly what he meant. If nothing else, the past year has shown us how easily society can break down. Covid-19, civil unrest, lawlessness, riots, a disdain for law enforcement, the dumbing down of society, etc. Our way of life isn’t just a thin veneer, it’s eggshell thin.
Will you survive when society crumbles around you? Will you have the resources needed to sustain life if the supply chain stops? If electricity no longer pours from the outlets in your home? Will you be able to protect the resources you DO have? That’s why I’ve started this site. I’d like to be prepared, and I’d like to help others be prepared.
Preparedness comes in many forms. Supplies are needed of course. A basic understanding of how to repair equipment is needed, as well as a basic understanding of how to repair the human body. Knowledge of medicine and medical techniques. It can seem daunting at first. Especially if you’ve been told to simply “trust the experts” your entire life. Knowledge is empowering, knowledge is free, and it belongs to each of us. I hope you’ll join me on this journey of survival and self discovery.
